The majority of fridges contain pentane, which has a higher boiling point of approximately 50°C. Therefore, maintaining higher temperatures during the process is essential to ensure optimal recovery rates, particularly on cold days.

  • Flow heater: Our package comes with a high-quality flow heater, meticulously designed to heat the flow of medium within the system efficiently. This component is crucial for maintaining optimal temperature conditions during operation.
  • Pipes, fittings, etc.: We provide a comprehensive set of pipes, fittings, and related accessories, meticulously selected to ensure seamless integration and smooth flow throughout the system. These components are engineered for durability and reliability, meeting the highest industry standards.
  • Electrical parts: Our solution includes all necessary electrical components, including a sophisticated control cabinet designed specifically for the heater, sensors, and other essential electrical elements. These components are meticulously selected and installed to guarantee precise control and monitoring of the system's performance.
  • Electrical supervision on site (1 week): To ensure a flawless setup and operation, our experienced technicians provide on-site electrical supervision for one week. This service ensures that the electrical components are correctly installed, calibrated, and functioning optimally, providing you with peace of mind and operational efficiency.

Excluded

  • Mechanical installation on site: While our package covers electrical aspects comprehensively, mechanical installation on site is not included. However, we offer the option of quoting additional mechanical installation services if required, ensuring a seamless setup tailored to your specific needs.
  • Insulation of QZ and hood above QZ: For optimal performance, we recommend insulating the Aduro QZ and the hood above it. While this task is not included in our package, we highly recommend that the customer takes care of this aspect to enhance system efficiency and longevity.
  • Transport to customer: The transportation of the equipment to the customer's location is not included in our package. However, we can assist in arranging transportation upon request, ensuring safe and timely delivery to your site.
