  • a freestanding structure
  • an anti-clogging surface to increase the usable area
  • easy cleaning

Pre-Coated Candles

We manufacture a number of pre-coated candles for the clarification of beer.

These cartridges generally have a diameter of between 27 and 38mm, a length of between 1000 and 2000mm, and have slots ranging from 25 to 60µm.

Filtration is performed by a pre-coated layer (Kieselguhr type or other). Cleaning of the filter cake formed on the candle is achieved by a counter current flow.
