We can also supply an inverse external radial wire and traditional internal axial wire for flows from inside-to-outside.

Our cartridges and filter elements meet filter manufacturers' specifications.

All forms of machined rings with threads comply with international standards and will meet the most demanding assembly requirements.

These metal filtration components have highly accurate filtering thresholds as low as 25µm.

Euroslot Kdss offers ranges of cartridges to manufacturers of automatic self cleaning filters, including normal external radial wire configurations for flows from outside-to-inside.

We can also propose an inverse external radial wire and normal internal axial wire for flows from inside-to-outside. All forms of machined rings with threads, in compliance with international standards, are available to meet the most demanding of assembly requirements. These metal filtration components have highly accurate filtering thresholds as low as 25µm.

Strainer Cartridges

The Euroslot Kdss 'strainer' type cartridges or baskets are specially designed to retain accidental or recurrent particles that are harmful to a process.

Options

Internal/external filtration:
Fluid enters through the internal wall. The construction is generally made of normal internal axial wire or inverse external radial wire. Particles are retained inside and periodically emptied.
External/internal filtration:
The fluid enters through the external wall of the filter and exits at the top. The construction is of normal external radial wire.

Advantages

  • Filtration thresholds down to 50µm, yet resisting very high pressures
  • Reduces pressure loss as much as possible
  • Minimizes clogging risks due to the 'V' shape of the wire
  • Simplifies washing of the cartridge

Compactor Cage Filtering Elements

Compactor Cage filtering Elements

Our welded wire construction makes it possible to produce filtering elements of a compactor cage type for extraction, using gravity or high pressure compacting.

Internal axial type design facilitates very low filtration thresholds, whilst ensuring better opening tolerances.

By varying the supports (type and pitch), compactor cages can be designed for very high pressures, whilst maintaining reduced dimensional tolerances for internal diameter.

Features include:

  • Internal diameter tolerances from +/- 2mm to 0.1mm
  • Minimum slots 50µm
  • Special wire sections reduce effects of wear and tear, guaranteeing long lifetimes
  • Special alloys for highly abrasive applications

Conical Centrifugal Filtering Elements

Euroslot Kdss manufactures cylindrical or conical filtering elements for centrifuges.

Due to its freestanding construction, the welded wire ensures both mechanical strength and filtration thresholds.

Reinforcement may be added to withstand the most critical conditions.

Special alloys and anti-abrasion surfacing are also available upon request.
